Balzac’s in Union Station is the company’s 10th location, and it offers fresh roasted coffee, pastries and light lunch options sourced from some of Toronto’s finest establishments.

There are lots of restaurants near Union Station, so you don’t need to go far for food. In fact, you don’t need to leave the station at all! The concourse level of Union Station has everything you need for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a quick snack and coffee. There’s a wide range of cuisines and flavours so you’re sure to find something to suit your taste. 

The Food Court in the York Concourse and the Foodie Aisle are great places to grab a quick bite to eat.

If you’re more in the mood for a sit-down restaurant, you’ll find delicious options in the York Street Promenade.

Coffee Shops Near Union Station

If you’re looking for cafes near Union Station, you don’t need to look far! There are great options for coffee right inside Union Station.

For a quick beverage, you’ll find Starbucks in the York Concourse and Pilot Coffee Roasters in the Front St. Promenade. There are also Tim Hortons locations in the Bay Concourse and the Food Court. These coffee shops are all great options when you’re on the go.

If you prefer to sit and relax while you enjoy your java, Balzac’s is the perfect choice — and it’s conveniently located right in UP Express Union Station. There are also Balzac’s cafes in the Distillery District and across from St. Lawrence Market, if you need a coffee while visiting those landmarks.  

When you’re done eating or having your coffee, you can do a little shopping near Union Station without even stepping outside. The PATH is the world’s largest underground shopping area and it connects Union Station to Toronto attractions, hotels, restaurants, and shopping locations. You can walk the PATH all the way to the Toronto Eaton Centre for even more of the best shopping in Toronto.
